We couldn't be happier with the work Josh Schmitt and the entire Big Pine Construction team did on our main floor remodel and bathroom addition. The project required extensive structural changes, including reworking walls, supports, and electrical, and they handled every detail with incredible expertise and professionalism. From the big-picture construction to the fine finishing touches that truly elevated the space, their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.

Josh was exceptional at taking our ideas and transforming them into something even better than we imagined. His team's flexibility, communication, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable. They were so great to work with that they truly feel like family.

As a Realtor, I'm often asked for contractor recommendations, and Big Pine Construction is always at the top of my list. Whether it's a small project or a major renovation, I recommend Josh and his team with complete confidence…and will just say right now, “your welcome!”
